docs: Document methods to get the latest neovim

- Delete lua/config/lib/misc.lua (never imported, all functions duplicated)
- Remove unused partial import from keymaps/git.lua
- Remove no-op require 'config.keymaps.lsp' from keymaps/init.lua (it's a factory function, called in plugin/11-lsp.lua)
- Remove 6 dead functions from lib/core.lua: dump_json, textend, extend, has, filter_prop, floating_win_exists
- Fix diff_command default to sensible fallback (was always overwritten)
- Remove unused cmp_dependencies from settings.lua
- Remove no-op _filter_node wrapper in plugin/02-mini.lua
- Fix duplicate <leader>d group in whichkey spec
- Remove duplicate 'B', 'D' entries and redundant 'ASYNC1' in ruff_rules.lua
- Remove unused settings import in plugin/49-silicon.lua
